蓝丰蓝莓初代诱导相关因素的探讨

【摘要】 在蓝莓蓝丰的组织培养实验中,探讨其初代诱导的相关因素:外植体部位,激素组合。结果表明:含腋芽茎段比新生叶片的诱导率高;激素组合以1/2wpm+6-BA 3 mg.L-1+NAA 0.2 mg.L-1+ZT 2 mg.L-1最佳。

【Abstract】 Factors related to the induction of the primary culture such as explants site and hormone combination for the Bluecrop Vaccinium ashei in tissue culture experiment were studied.The results show that the induction rate for the stem section with axillary bud is higher than that of new blades.Hormone combination with 1/2wpm+ 6-BA 3 Mg.L-1+ NAA 0.2Mg·L-1+ ZT 2 Mg·L-1 is the best.
