ZnO膜结构材料的压敏性能研究进展
The Study Progress of Varistor Material Properties of ZnO Membrane Structures
【摘要】 从薄膜、厚膜、复合膜三个方面综述了近年来国内外关于ZnO膜结构材料的压敏性能方面的研究进展。掺杂元素、成膜工艺、退火温度、膜结构等因素都影响着ZnO膜结构材料的压敏性能,其中掺杂可以大大降低该膜的电阻率,提高非线性系数。低电位、高非线性系数的ZnO压敏薄膜及高电位梯度、高非线性系数的ZnO压敏厚膜的制备是今后研究的重点。
【Abstract】 The study progress of varistor performance of domestic and foreign research in recent years on ZnO membrane materials are summarized from film,thick film,composite film.The performance of ZnO varistor performance can be affected by doping elements,film-forming process,annealing temperature,membrane structure and other factors,and doping can greatly reduce the resistivity of the membrane and increase non-linear coefficient.The preparation of ZnO varistor film and ZnO thick film of high-potential gradient with high nonlinear coefficient of low potential with high nonlinear coefficient is the focus of future research.
