【Abstract】 In the country in China collective land ownership system is practiced.Land owners only have the right to set usufructuary right.The aim of setting land contract management right is to realize the allocation of farmland among collective households.To ensure the normal use of the farm land and households’ investment in land it is necessary to maintain the continuity of land contract management right.The limitlessness of land contract management right can truly reveals the value of usufructuary right proper,and it provides guarantee for the circulation system of land contract management and the construction and perfection of mortgage system.更多还原
