【Abstract】 Financing has been a common problem worrying SMEs all over the world for their sustainable development.To Chinese SMEs,financing seems more diffcult as China’s market economic development is not yet perfect at the moment and it operates with a high centralized financial institutional system.This paper explores the restrictive factors asymmetric information brings to SMEs’financing,in order to find the way out for their financing.更多还原
