含有缺口的Co纳米环的微磁学模拟

【摘要】 以Nipun Agarwal等人的实验结果为依据,用微磁学理论对外径为300nm、内径50nm、厚度不同、含有不同角度缺口的Co纳米环在不同方向(垂直和平行于盘的缺口方向)磁场作用下的磁化反转过程进行模拟。从剩磁态、剩磁比和矫顽力三个方面对模拟的结果进行分析比较。当磁场的方向垂直于缺口方向时,Co纳米环具有稳定的剩磁态,这与已有的研究结果一致。剩磁比随缺口角度的增大而增高,随厚度的增大无明显变化;矫顽力与磁体厚度和缺口角度的关系较为复杂。

【Abstract】 Based on Nipun Agarwal’s experimental results,the magnetization reversal process of Co nanorings with different slotted angle(?) and different thickness subject to orthogonal directions magnetic field(perpendicular and parallel to the slot direction) was studied by using micromagnetic simulations.Comparison and analysis of the results in terms of remanent state,remanence ratio and coercive force were made,and it shows that Co nanorings have stable flux-closure remanent states when the magnetic field was perpendicular to the slot direction,which corresponds with informed experimental result.It also indicates that the remanence ratios increase with increasing slotted angle,but have no distinct changes with increasing the thickness;the relation of the coercive force to the thickness and slotted angle of Co nanorings is very complex.
