高职通信专业学生职业指导教育及就业心理分析
Analysis on employment guidance education and employment psychology of the higher vocational college students in communication specialties
【摘要】 高职通信专业学生有着一个大有可为的职业发展方向,但学生在求职前往往存在无法迅速定位、转型等就业心理问题,深入地了解及分析其成因,将有助于职业指导教育的开展。
【Abstract】 Higher vocational students in communication specialties have a promising career development direction,but students often have some employment psychological problems such as inefficiency on rapid positioning and transition.To fully understand and analyze the causes will help the employment guidance education.
