【Abstract】 The new model of digital urban management on the basis of grid-based management has been widely accepted and used today.General survey of urban management components is very important fundamental need of digital urban management.and we have seen an absolute upsurge in general survey project of urban management components all over the country.Taking the general survey project of Haishu district of Ningbo as an example,we discussed how to utilized technique and methods of project management to make the resource configuration to the best condition and to raise the overall efficiency of general survey of urban management components.更多还原
