【摘要】 分析城乡统筹、区域统筹的理论背景,提出城乡统筹、区域统筹都是建立在区域协调发展论基础上,具有很强的相容性。研究指出国内城市群更多强化区域统筹的理念,而武汉城市圈经济发展呈现出高首位度、单中心结构、"灯下黑"等独特性,需要担负区域统筹和城乡统筹双重统筹的职责。因此,建议武汉城市圈要以城乡统筹的理论和模式,在发展空间统筹、综合交通统筹、资源环境统筹、经济产业统筹等方面,建立区域协调发展的新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of urban-rural coordination and regional coordination in theory,the author provides the idea that the double-coordination have considerable compatibility which is built on the rock of regional balanced development theory.The paper shows that Wuhan urban agglomeration takes more attention on urban-rural coordination than other urban agglomerations in China,for her phenomenon of high primacy ratio,unicentric structure and blind area existing in economic boom.Therefore,this article tries to give several proposals on the new model of regional balanced development,which considers coordination in space,transportation,resource and environment,economy and industry based on urban-rural coordination theory.更多还原
