【摘要】 从重庆市政府对城镇化政策推动的角度,反思当前的政府主导型城镇化过程中存在的一些问题。特别是2010年以来,重庆市陆续推出了支持区域性中心城市建设的一系列决定,并且这些城市(黔江区除外)将作为未来的特大城市发展目标,而对于大中小城市重视程度不够。通过对相关政策分析表明,当前的重庆城镇化战略存在过高城镇化目标、重城不重乡、重量不重质、重大不重小等不良现象,也将不利于城乡统筹、城市健康发展、城镇体系的合理化布局,论文最后从规划调控、规划衔接、部门协调等角度提出了重庆未来城镇化发展的主要建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reflects the current government-led process of urbanization and summarizes a number of problems from the urbanization policy perspective.And what′s more,Chongqing government announces series of articles about promoting regional central cities′ rapid development,especially from 2010 to now.In other words,small cities are neglected because of focusing on the important cities in current policy system.The defect phenomenon is displayed such as overestimating urbanization goals,taking built-up areas seriously instead of rural areas,quantities instead of qualities,large cities instead of small ones.At last,main suggestions are developed,which are planning control,different planning matching,government organizations′ association.更多还原
