晶硅太阳能电池的(SiO2/SiO2-TiO2/TiO2)减反射膜的水性溶胶法制备(英文)

【摘要】 用旋转涂覆水性溶胶的方法太阳能电池用单晶硅片上制备了(SiO2/SiO2-TiO2/TiO2)三层减反射膜。膜层的折射率及反射光谱分别用椭圆偏正光谱仪和分光光度计进行测试,单晶硅片上并溶胶的润湿角使用DSLR相机拍摄照片后处理而成。TiO2,SiO2-TiO2和SiO2水溶胶对单晶硅片的润湿角分别为25.6°,25.5°,21.1°,表明溶胶对单晶硅片具有优异的润湿性能。在300900nm波长范围内,SiO2/SiO2-TiO2/TiO2三层减反射膜的平均反射率大约为11.7%,比空白硅片降低了约66.7%。表明水性溶胶适用于低成本晶硅太阳能电池减反膜的制备。

【Abstract】 A triple-layer ARC(SiO2/SiO2-TiO2/TiO2) on monocrystalline Si solar cell was formed using their aqueous sols by spin-coating technique.The refractive index of the coatings was measured by an ellipsometer and the reflectance spectra of silicon wafers were determined by an spectrophotometer.Wetting angles of the coatings on substrates were observed by taking photos by a DSLR camera.The wetting angles of the TiO2,SiO2-TiO2 and SiO2 coatings are 25.6°,25.5°and 21.1°,respectively,indicating their high wettability at the interface of the substrate-coating.The average reflectance of the optimum SiO2/SiO2-TiO2/TiO2 tripe-layer ARC coated silicon is approximately 11.7%in the wavelength range between 300 and 900 nm,approximately 66.7%lower than that of the bare silicon.The results indicate that the aqueous sols are suitable for low-cost solar cell fabrication.
