Sol-gel法制备石英纤维增强石英陶瓷基复合材料及其性能研究(英文)

【摘要】 以硅溶胶和无机硅树脂为原料,通过液相渗积-原位固化成型技术和溶胶-凝胶法(So1-gel)制备了2.5D石英纤维增强石英陶瓷基复合材料。研究了无机硅树脂凝胶的差热分析,并对复合材料的致密化、机械强度及不同热处理温度对微州结构的影响做了分析,结果显示So1-gel法是制备SiO2f/SiO2复合材料的有效措施,浸渍无机硅树脂原料的复合材料密度由1.63 g/cm3增加到1.72 g/cm3,抗拉伸强度和压缩强度分别达到50和130 MPa,均有大幅度的提高,基体与纤维界面的脱黏和纤维的拔出说叫复合合材料为非脆性断裂。

【Abstract】 2.5 dimensional fused-silica fibers reinforced fused silica(2.5D SiO2f/SiO2) composites were prepared by in-situ solidification vacuum-assisted liquid-phase infiltration technology and sol-gel method using Si-sol and inorganic silicone resin respectively as raw materials.The raw material was detected by TG-DTA.Composites’ tensile strength and compressive strength were tested by universal testing machine,and the microstructures of the specimen were observed by scanning electron microscopy(FE1 Sirion 200).The ultimate sintering temperature was chosen by the differential thermal analysis of inorganic silicone resin gel and the effect of sintering temperature on the composites’ tensile strength was analyzed.Densification behavior,mechanical properties and microstructures of the composites were investigated.The results show that sol-gel method by inorganic silicone resin is an efficient route for the preparation of SiO2f/SiO2 composites.The density of SiO2f/SiO2 composites increases from 1.63 g/cm3 to1.72 g/cm3,while the tensile strength and compressive strength,respectively,increase to 50 and 130 MPa.And the interface de-bonding and distinct fibers pull-out of the fracture faces show that it is non-brittle fracture.
