葡萄糖辅助水热合成钙钛矿纳米材料(英文)

【摘要】 以钛酸四正丁酯和相应的硝酸盐为反应物料,KOH作为矿化剂,葡萄糖作为添加剂,通过水热法在200°C反应12 h成功合成了纳米粒子钛酸钙(CaTiO3)、钛酸铅(PbTiO3)和钛酸锶(SrTiO3)。产物在空气中退火除去与碳元素有关的杂质就可以得到相应的纯相样品。为了进行比较,用没有加葡萄糖的水热方法制得了相应的PhTiO3、CaTiO3和SrTiO3。这6个样品经过XRD分析证1明均为钙钛矿型结构。如果可以在其他钙钛矿材料上应用,这种方法将会很有意义。

【Abstract】 Small sized PbTiO3,CaTiO3 and SrTiO3 nanoparticles have been prepared,respectively,using tetrabutyl titanate and different nitrate as precursors,glucose as addict and KOH as mineralizer via hydrothermal reaction at 200 ℃ for 12 h.Then the pure phase products were obtained after above mentioned products were annealed in air to remove carbon-related impurity respectively.For comparison,PbTiO3,CaTiO2 and SrTiO2 particles were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal without glucose introduction.The resulted six samples have been investigated by XRD to adopt perovskite structure.This method may be applied in many other perovskite materials which may have a good promising future.
