表面活性剂辅助水热法合成氧化锌的研究(英文)
Preparation of Zinc Oxide Particles by Surfactant-Assisted Hydrothermal Method
【摘要】 采用粒度分析仪以及扫描电镜研究了十二烷基硫酸钠以及聚丙烯酰胺对氧化锌水热反应的影响。研究表明,两种表面活性剂对水热反应所得氧化锌粉体的粒径以及粒度分布均有较大的影响。通过向水热反应过程中引入十二烷基硫酸钠或是聚丙烯酰胺可有效减小所得粉体粒子的尺寸。添加十二烷基硫酸钠的体系可得棒状的氧化锌微晶,而添加聚丙烯酰胺的体系所得粉体粒子则是矩形的片状结构。
【Abstract】 The influence of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and polyacrylamide(PAM) as surfactants on the hydrothermal process of Zinc oxide(ZnO) were studied by particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The addition of surfactant has a remarkable effect on the morphology and size distribution of prepared ZnO microcrystals.Both SDS and PAM can decrease the particle size of ZnO microcrystals.When SDS was added with 2wt%of the basic formula,the size distribution of the resulting ZnO particles was the narrowest.As to PAM,the optimal amount for narrowest distribution of ZnO particles was 1.0wt%of the basic formula.The hydrothermal process involving SDS fabricated a rod-like structure,while the PAM involving process fabricated a plate-like structure.
