HEDP作为纸浆H2O2漂白螯合剂的研究
HEDP as chelating agent for hydrogen peroxide bleaching
【摘要】 以桉木硫酸盐浆为原料,采用ODHTEOPQP漂序进行漂白,研究了羟基乙叉二膦酸作为Q段螯合剂的应用。结果显示,螯合剂的最佳工艺条件是螯合温度80℃,保温时间90min,其用量为0.4%,pH值为4.35。与DTPA和EDTA的对比实验发现,其螯合效果相近,但因HEDP成本低,具有一定的优势。
【Abstract】 Eucalyptus kraft pulp was bleached with ODHTEOPQP sequence,and 1-hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid as the chelator in Q stage was investigated with the method of orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimum condition of chelating stage is as follow:temperature 80℃,time 90min,HEDP dosage 0.4% on OD pulp,pH 3.5,in which conditions,the HEDP’s chelating efficiency is similar to DTPA and EDTA,but it is more advantageous in cost.
