【Abstract】 The banking law has established special liability for shareholders and directors of banking organizations in the U.S.,in order to prevent kinds of systematic risks and protect the depositors and public interests.The article introduces the substance and development of the special liability for shareholders and directors of banks in the U.S.,so as to make a helpful contribution to the improvement of financial law and practice in China.更多还原
