SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+荧光粉复合硫磷酸盐玻璃制备及其发光性能
Synthesis and Luminescent Properties of SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ Phosphor/Sulfophosphate Glass Composite
【摘要】 用二次熔融法制备了SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+荧光粉掺杂低熔点硫磷酸盐的发光玻璃复合材料。采用DSC、透射光谱、XRD、发射光谱、SEM等测试手段对样品进行了表征。研究了熔制温度、熔制时间等因素对复合材料光学性能的影响。结果表明:熔制温度为700℃、熔制时间为30min的发光玻璃复合材料在365nm紫外光激发下,发射出峰值波长为514nm的黄绿光,保留了荧光粉的发光性能。
【Abstract】 Low melting sulfophosphate glass/SrAl2O4: Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphor composites were prepared by two-step melting method.The samples were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),transmittance spectra,X-ray diffractometry(XRD),emission spectra,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),etc.The effects of synthetic conditions(melting temperature,duration of reaction time) on luminescent properties of the composite samples were investigated.The experimental results show that the optimized composite(melting temperature 700℃,melting time 30min) emits strong yellow-green light when it is excited by 365 nm ultraviolet light,and maintains the luminescent properties of the phosphor.
