低分散度水溶性壳聚糖的特性表征及其应用研究

【摘要】 采用专一性壳聚糖内切酶(eCSN)法降解制备低分散度水溶性壳聚糖,并对其特性进行表征,然后通过离子交联法制备乌苯美司-壳聚糖纳米微粒,以激光纳米粒度测定仪测其纳米粒径。所制备的低分散度水溶性壳聚糖水分含量为8.02%,脱乙酰度高达94.6%,粘均分子量为4.3×104,分散度(Pd)为1.06;将其作为药用辅料制备的乌苯美司-壳聚糖纳米微粒分散性好,粒径范围为200~360nm,包封率和载药量高,具有明显的缓释作用,可作为优质功能性药用辅料,应用前景广阔。

【Abstract】 The low dispersion water-soluble chitosan was produced by the eCSN enzymolysis.Then it could be developed into Ubenimex-chitosan nano microspheres by ion crosslinking method in pharmaceutica excipients.The low dispersion water-soluble chitosan′s moisture content was 8.02%,deacelation degree was up to 94.6%,molecular weight was 4.3×104,dispersion was 1.06.The particle size of Ubenimex-chitosan nano microspheres was 200—360nm,higher entrapment efficiency and drug loading,impressive controlled release effect.The low dispersion water-soluble chitosan have a wide prospect of application in pharmaceutica excipients by enzymolysis.
