熔盐电沉积碳材料的研究进展
Research Progresses in the Electro-deposition of Carbonaceous Materials in Molten Salts
【摘要】 介绍了熔盐电沉积纳米碳粉、碳膜等方面的新进展。熔融碳酸盐能够分解出碳,实现纳米碳粉、非晶碳膜及高结晶度石墨膜的快速制备。熔盐组成、熔盐温度、沉积电位(电流)及沉积基体等都有可能影响碳沉积物的形态、微观结构及尺寸。
【Abstract】 The new developments in electro-deposition of carbon nano-powder and carbon films in molten salts are introduced.The CO32-can be reduced to carbon,which can form carbon nano-powder,amorphous carbon film and graphite film.The composition and temperature of molten salts,the deposition potential(current) and substrate may have effect on the configuration,micro-structure and size of the deposits.
