银系复合抗菌剂的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 通过向硅溶胶中加入Ag+或Ag+/Zn2+制备了复合银系抗菌剂,并对所得样品进行了XRD和抗菌性能分析,结果表明向体系中添加Zn2+后,抗菌剂的抗变色性能明显提高,同时保持了较理想的抗菌性能,经1000℃处理3h,仍保持对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有100%的抗菌效果。

【Abstract】 The Ag-series compound antibiotic materials were prepared by adding Ag+ or Ag+/Zn2+ into silica-sol,and the properties of samples were characterized by XRD and antibiotic testing.The structure and antibacterial effect of zinc ion doped were examined.The results indicate that the factors of calcining temperature,doping metal ion have obvious effect on the antibiotic property of the materials,and the silver-zinc ion doped antibiotic material,calcined at 1000℃ for 3h shows the best antibacterial property and good anti-tarnish performance.
