原位冶金反应粗晶碳化钨复合材料的组织研究
Study of Microstructure of Coarse-grain Tungsten Carbide Composite Produced by in-situ Metallurgy Reaction
【摘要】 利用自耗电极直流电弧原位冶金方法,原位合成粗晶碳化钨复合材料。采用XRD、SEM、EDS等测试技术研究了粗晶碳化钨复合材料的组织结构和相组成。结果表明,W在富C的过热液相中混合扩散,发生原位冶金反应生成WpC(WC、W2C)。WpC和Fe3W3C相弥散分布在由Fe、Cr、Ni、W、C等元素组成的粘结相中。这种强硬质相、辅助硬质相与基体的弥散分布和交叠组合使材料获得了良好的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Coarse-grain tungsten carbide(WC) composite was produced by the technology of consutrode D.C.arc in-situ metallurgy.The microstructure and phases of the composite was investigated by XRD,SEM,EDS.The results show that W atoms diffuse in the C-rich overheating liquid phase and then WpC(WC,W2C) granules are in-situ synthesized.WpC and Fe3W3C disperse uniformly in the iron based binder phase dissolved with Cr,Ni,W and C etc.The diapered distribution and incorporation of the embedded main hard phases,auxiliary hard phases and matrix provides excellent mechanical properties.
