不同助剂对合成甲醇工业催化剂二氧化碳加氢性能的影响

【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备了以工业铜基催化剂C301为基体,含CeO2、ZrO2、La2O3、MnO2、Pr2O3、SrO、V2O5助剂的一系列催化剂,在微型固定床反应器上考察了其对CO2加氢合成甲醇的催化性能及影响,并采用XRD、BET、H2-TPR和CO2-TPD等手段进行了表征。研究结果表明,除助剂Pr2O3外,CeO2、ZrO2、La2O3、MnO2、SrO、V2O5助剂的加入均促进了C301催化剂的CO2加氢合成甲醇活性,其中ZrO2的加入使CO2转化率提高了近5%,甲醇收率提高了近8%。

【Abstract】 A series of catalysts for methanol synthesis were prepared by impregnating CeO2,ZrO2,La2O3,MnO2,Pr2O3,SrO,V2O5 over a industrial methanol synthesis catalyst(C301).Catalytic properties of modified catalysts were systemically investigated,using the technologies of X-ray diffraction(XRD),nitrogen adsorptoin-desorption(BET),hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR),carbon dioxide temperature programmed desorption(CO2-TPD)and the evaluation of catalytic activity was conducted in a micro fixed-bed reactor.The results show that after the catalyst is modified by CeO2,ZrO2,La2O3,MnO2,SrO,V2O5 are promoted the activation of methanol synthesis by CO2 hydrogenation,especially,the ZrO2-doped C301 has enthanced CO2 conversion by about 5%,methanol selectivity by about 8%.
