模拟2倍浓缩海水中聚环氧琥珀酸和Na2MoO4对304不锈钢的缓蚀作用

【摘要】 为开发适用于循环冷却海水/不锈钢体系的绿色缓蚀剂,采用电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线及表面腐蚀形貌分析,研究了聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、Na2MoO4在模拟2倍浓缩海水中对304不锈钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:在模拟2倍浓缩海水中,PESA与Na2MoO4均能在304不锈钢表面形成保护膜,产生缓蚀作用;PESA为阳极吸附型缓蚀剂,单独使用时缓蚀效果有限;Na2MoO4为阳极沉淀膜型缓蚀剂;2种缓蚀剂同时作用,对抑制304不锈钢点蚀能够产生明显的协同增效作用,模拟2倍浓度海水中含100 mg/L PESA和10 mg/L Na2MoO4时,304不锈钢点蚀击穿电位比只含100 mg/L PESA时提升了约120 mV。

【Abstract】 The corrosion inhibition behavior of polyepoxy succinic acid(PESA) and sodium molybdate(Na2MoO4) for 304 stainless steel in simulated two times concentrated seawater was investigated based on measurements of electrochemical impedance spectra and polarization curves as well as observation of corroded surface morphology,with a hope to develop green inhibitors suitable for circular cooling seawater/stainless steel system.The pitting inhibition mechanism of the inhibitors was explored.It was found that PESA and Na2MoO4 could both form protective films on stainless steel surface to inhibit corrosion reaction in simulated two times concentrated seawater.PESA alone as an anodic adsorption corrosion inhibitor showed limited inhibition effectiveness,while Na2MoO4 was an anodic deposition corrosion inhibitor.Besides,PESA and Na2MoO4 had good synergist effect in inhibiting pitting corrosion of the 304 stainless steel.The breakdown potential of 304 stainless steel induced by pitting was increased by 120 mV in simulated two times concentrated seawater containing 100 mg/L PESA and 10 mg/L Na2MoO4.
