【Abstract】 Endophytes were isolated from 12 types of disease-infected tissues of seed lotus,and their total DNA were extracted as PCR templates.The PCR products were sequenced and analyzed for identification.The results showed that none endophyte was obtained from the 8th type sample among the 12 type samples of seed lotus.The 5th and 11th type samples were infected by bacterial infection,and the rest were induced by fungal infection.The pathogen of the 1st type sample was identified as Epicoccum nigrum,while pathogens of the 2nd and 3rd type samples were Fusarium orobanches,the pathogen of the 4th type sample was Phomopsis mcrospor Koby&Chib,and the pathogens of the rest samples were Alternaria spp..更多还原
