【摘要】 目的:探讨影像学检查对胆总管下段微小病变的诊断价值。方法:对46例经手术病理证实的胆总管下段微小病变患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析,并对各种检查之间进行比较分析。结果:在胆总管下段微小病变的诊断中符合率分别为:US检查(56.5%)、MRI+MRCP检查(77.1%)、薄层CT(87.8%)、ERCP检查(87.8%),各种检查均有优缺点。结论:优化联合应用检查方法有助于提高微小病灶的检出率和确诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the imaging examination on the lower segment of the common bile duct with minimal-change diagnostic value.Methods:46 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology of small lesions in patients with common bile duct imaging data were retrospectively analyzed, and all kinds of examinations performed between comparative analysis.Results:In common bile duct microscopic lesions diagnosis coincidence rate were:US(56.5%),MRI+MRCP(77.1%),CT thin iayer(87.8%),ERCP(87.8%);all kinds of examination have advantages and disadvantages.Conclusion:Optimization of combined application of inspection method is helpful to improve the detection rate of lesions and diagnosis rate.更多还原
