发动机缸体内腔腐蚀缺陷检测
Detection of corrosion defects on engine cylinder body
【摘要】 为了实现对发动机缸体内腔的腐蚀缺陷进行检测,根据超声相控阵与发动机缸体的特征,改进了检测系统。设计了超声相控阵回波自动检测和声程校正以完成对发动机缸体内腔腐蚀缺陷的检测。实验表明:改进后的检测系统可以准确定位发动机缸体内腔的腐蚀缺陷位置,实测数据与理论数据的比较显示了缺陷与尺寸检测的误差均小于2%。
【Abstract】 To accomplish the detection of corrosion defects on the engine cylinder body,the detection system is improved after analyzing features of phased array and the engine cylinder.Automatic detection of ultrasonic echoes and correction of the sound distance are designed to meet the requirements of corrosion defects detecting.The experiments prove that the corrosion defects on the engine cylinder body can be positioned accurately.Compared the actual values with theoretical datas,it shows that errors of defects’ depths and sizes are within 2%.
