【摘要】 随着国际间政治交往、经济交流活动的日益频繁及涉外法律纠纷增多,需要更多的涉外法律人才。但我国涉外法律行业发展的步伐和法律全球化进程还有一定距离,在处理国际事务和贸易纠纷时缺乏既精通法律又精通英语的高尖端法律人才。我们需要意识到问题的严峻性,尽早建立起有效的涉外法律英语培训体系和认证机制,强化法律英语的应用,缩短我国与国外法律业界的距离,使我国涉外法律行业得到更好发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With international political interactions,the increasing frequency of economic exchanges and the frequent increase of foreign-related legal disputes,more legal talents are needed.But the pace of development of China’s foreign-related law profession still cannot reach the process of law globalization,lacking of top legal talents with law knowledge and English knowledge.We must be aware of the seriousness of the problem,and it is necessary to establish a valid foreign legal English training system and the authentication mechanism to strengthen the application of legal English and shorten the gap between Chinese and foreign legal industry,making Chinese’s foreign-related legal career get better development.更多还原
