一种船用永磁同步电动机的起动方法
Starting Method of Ship Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
【摘要】 目前由变频器和永磁同步电动机构成的推进系统在船舶电力推进中应用较多。而永磁同步电动机(PMSM)的起动是首先要解决的问题。在简要介绍船舶电力推进系统的基础上,对PMSM的起动特性进行了理论分析,提出采用开环变频起动方式,详细分析了该方式的起动策略和起动过程,并对起动过程中可能出现的过电流问题提出解决办法。经分析可知,该起动方式在船舶推进PMSM运行的工况下,简单可靠,起动性能较好。该起动方式也可以作为其它相近用途的大型PMSM的起动方法。
【Abstract】 Currently,the propulsion system consisting of the frequency converter and permanent magnet synchronous motor is used widely in the ship electric propulsion.The primary problem to solve is the starting of the PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor).Based on briefly describing the ship electric propulsion system,the characteristics of the PMSM starting is analyzed,proposing the open-loop frequency starting mode.The start-up strategy and starting process are analyzed in detail.And in the start process the solution for the potential over-current problem is proposed.The analysis shows that in the condition of the ship propulsion PMSM starting running,the method is simple and reliable with good starting performance.The starting mode can also be used as the starting method of a large PMSM for other similar purposes.
