【摘要】 为防止因卷烟包装过程中装封箱机烟箱缺条质量事故给烟草企业造成不良影响,通过分析烟箱缺条的原因,比较现有的烟箱缺条检测方法,设计了一种基于物联网平台的分牌号的集成化称重式烟箱缺条检测及剔除系统。采用条形码技术、西门子S7 300 PLC和SIWAREX FTA称重模块等技术,改进了传统称重式系统的漏检、误检等缺陷,烟箱缺条检出率提高至98%,误检率则降低至5‰以内。该系统可有效减少烟箱缺条事故发生,并对产品质量实现了追踪、追溯,也为烟箱缺条质量事故认定提供了真实、准确的证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of quality accident of shortage of carton box at filling and sealing machines in cigarette making and packing workshop,trace the process and product quality,a carton box absent packets detecting and sorting out system with weighing technology of SIWAREX FTA is designed in the paper.After analyzing the reason and compare the solution,Barcode,Siemens S7 300 PLC,SIWAREX FTA and weighing modules are used in the system to build an integrated weighing system which implements the quick measure on line to improve the traditional weigh solution with the disadvantage of leak and mistake detecting.This system can effectively reduce the accident of shortage of carton box and offer the true evidence for the cognizance of the accident.The quality of the product can also be tracked and traced.更多还原
