基于电子鼻技术的不同体质青年学生口腔呼气气味图谱研究

【摘要】 目的:运用电子鼻技术探讨不同体质青年学生口腔呼气的气味图谱特征。方法:选择健康青年学生367名,运用基于薄膜型气体传感器阵列技术的医用电子鼻(Nanofilm-Enose Medical 001)采集口腔呼气的气味图谱,以响应曲线的振幅和上升斜率作为曲线特征,分析不同性别、体质类型的图谱特征。结果:①女青年学生的气味图谱响应曲线G、H的振幅显著高于男青年学生(P<0.05,P<0.01),响应曲线C的上升斜率显著低于男青年学生(P<0.05),响应曲线D的斜率显著高于男青年学生(P<0.05)。②不同体质组女青年学生的气味图谱响应曲线C的振幅和上升斜率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。③不同体质组男青年学生口腔呼气的气味图谱各响应曲线的振幅和上升斜率比较,均无显著性差异。结论:男、女青年学生口腔呼气的气味有别,不同体质青年学生口腔呼气的气味差别不显,电子鼻技术的发展可为中医嗅诊客观化研究提供手段。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the odor response pattern characteristics of oral breath of young students with different constitution types by electronic nose.Methods: 367 healthy young students were observed.Odor response patterns of oral breath of young students with different constitution types were collected by the electronic nose(Nanofilm-Enose Medical001) based on a thin film of gas sensors array.The amplitude and rising slope of response curves were selected as curve characteristics to analyze pattern characteristics of different genders and constitution types.Results: ①In odor response patterns of female young students,the amplitudes of response curve G and H were significantly higher than those of male young students(P<0.01,P<0.05),the rising slope of response curve C was significantly lower than that of male young students(P<0.05).The rising slope of response curve D was significantly higher than that of male young students(P<0.05).②The amplitude and rising slope of response curve C in odor response patterns of female young students with different constitution types were significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.01).③The amplitudes and rising slopes of response curves in odor response patterns of male young students with different constitution types were not significantly different.Conclusion: The odors of oral breath were significantly different between male and female young students.The odors of oral breath were not significantly different among young students with different constitutions.The development of electronic nose could provide a kind of new means for the study on the objectification of TCM smelling examination.
