【摘要】 通过使用三维立体摄影解析法获取辽宁省乒乓球直拍运动员反手横打侧挑技术上肢动作的运动学参数,对直拍横打侧挑技术进行运动学分析。侧挑技术按以下3个动作阶段进行分析:"引拍阶段""挥拍—触球阶段""随势挥拍阶段"。通过对各阶段所设定的运动学参数进行相关分析,并结合生物力学和生理解剖学的知识,找出每个环节运动的差异。通过比较分析使教练员和运动员认清该技术动作的鞭打运动原理和技术关键在于加强前臂小肌群快速收缩的爆发力,进而找出好的训练方法,帮助运动员改进该技术动作。更多还原
