【Abstract】 Through surveying the documents and practice of charity social sports instructor policy in China,the paper finds that charity sports instructor policy focuses on training and approval,but the implementation policy and incentive mechanism are lacking.Therefore,this study proposes to build and improve the supplying policy of governmental institutions and ensure charity sports instruction services and formulate the policy for the charity post of social sports instructors jointly with the labor and social security departments.更多还原
