【摘要】 [目的]寻求《外科正宗》对耳鼻咽喉科疾病的病因病机、治疗用药的看法和主张。[方法]研读此书中涉及耳鼻咽喉科疾病的卷二、卷四相关章节,总结辨证论治思想、治疗方法。[结果]对于耳鼻咽喉科疾病的辨证论治,陈氏有着自己的看法,他并不主张外科疾病只能一概用刀真之法,而是应内外结合以治疗,此外陈氏还独创了一些外科治疗方法。[结论《]外科正宗》唤起了后人对于运用外科方法治疗耳鼻咽喉科疾病的重视,并且为当今学科手术发展提供了雏形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Surgical Authentic is a book about surgical diseases.By sourcing in sections Ⅱand Ⅲ,it makes conclusions on the methodology and idea;However,about the otorhinolaryngology,Chen does not simply believe that all the surgical diseases must be treated by operation;it should be combined with internal and external treatment.This article mainly discusses the surgical diseases,especially the pathology and pharmaceuticals in otorhinolaryngology in the book of "Surgical Authentic" and it is also considered to be the original reference.更多还原
