【摘要】 [目的]探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石合并息肉的临床应用疗效。[方法]对我院24例行输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石合并息肉患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。[结果]输尿管镜钬激光治疗一次碎石成功22例,成功率(22/24)91.67%,术后随访3个月,B超和腹部平片KUB均未发现结石残留及输尿管狭窄,肾积水都有不同程度减轻,22例中1例术后出现感染性休克,及时抢救后恢复。[结论]输尿管镜钬激光碎石可同时处理结石和息肉,操作创伤痛苦较小,疗程也较短,完善的术前检查和熟练的手术技巧是成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of ureter scope holmium laser on treating ureter stone with polyp.[Method] Trace back and analyse the clinical data of such patients.[Result] 22 cases succeeded in one macadam,the success rate was 91.67%;followed up for 3m,B ultrasonic and KUB showed no remained stone or narrow ureter;the uronephrosis was relieved in different extents;one case had inflectional shock,but recovered by timely rescue.[Conclusion] Ureter scope holmium laser macadam can simultaneously treat stone and polyp,with little trauma and pain,short course;pre-operational test and skillful operation are the key of success.更多还原
