砂浆对灌芯混凝土砌块砌体抗剪性能影响试验

【摘要】 对铺浆和无浆两组共24个灌芯混凝土砌块砌体抗剪性能分别进行了试验,对各砌块的抗剪破坏过程进行了观测.根据试验现象及所采集的加载数据,分析了铺浆灌芯混凝土砌块和无浆灌芯混凝土砌块的抗剪破坏机理及破坏形态.用所测得的抗剪强度平均值与砌体规范抗剪强度平均值公式的计算值进行对比,试验值略高于规范公式的计算值.分析表明,水平灰缝处的砂浆对灌芯混凝土砌块砌体的抗剪性能及抗剪强度影响较小,而竖向灰缝处的砂浆有利于改善灌芯混凝土砌块砌体的抗剪受力性能,影响砌体的抗剪破坏形态,进而提高砌体的抗剪强度.

【Abstract】 24 specimens of mortar grouted concrete block masonry and non-mortar grouted concrete block masonry were investigated for the performance of shear resistance.According to the test phenomenon and the loading data of the specimens,the shear failure mechanism and failure mode were analyzed.The average value of the shear strength was higher than the average strength calculation value of the masonry norm.The analyses show that the effect of horizontal mortar on the shear behavior and shear strength of the grouted concrete block masonry is little Vertical mortar can improve the shear behavior and influence the shear failure mode to the grouted concrete block masonry,so it will improve the shear strength.
