【摘要】 目的探讨青岛市手足口病的临床流行病学特征。方法回顾性分析我院2010年春夏季诊治的112例手足口病病人的临床流行病学特征。结果 112例中,6岁以下儿童占96.11%,确认有密切接触史者91例(81.25%);临床表现为发热105例(93.75%),手足部皮疹各112例(100%)和104例(92.86%),口腔疱疹及口腔疼痛112例(100%),厌食102例(91.07%),咳嗽41例(36.61%),呕吐13例(11.61%),头痛9例(8.03%),腹泻5例(4.46%)。有107例病人(95.54%)1周内治愈,3例10d内治愈,1例并发病毒性心肌炎,1例出现腹泻,所有病人均无休克、脑炎等严重并发症,无死亡病例。结论做到早发现、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗是关键,同时应加强疫情监测,将防控工作的重点放在幼儿园和小学。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical epidemiology of hand-foot-mouth(HFM) disease in Qingdao.Me-thods A retrospective analysis of clinical epidemiological features in 112 patients with HFM disease treated in our hospital during spring-summer season of 2010.Results Of the 112 cases,children under six years old accounted for 96.11%,those who had a close contact history was confirmed in 91(81.25%).Clinical manifestations were as follows: fever 105(93.75%),skin rash on hand and foot 112(100%) and 104(92.86%),respectively,herpes and pain of mouth 112(100%),anorexia 102(91.07%),cough 41(36.61%),vomiting 13(11.61%),headache nine(8.03%),and diarrhea five(4.46%).After treatment,107(95.54%) were cured within one week,three within 10 days,one complicated viral myocarditis and one developed diarrhea.No severe complications,such as shock and encephalitis,and death were recorded.Conclusion Early identification,early treatment,and early isolation are the key for this condition.Epidemic situation monitoring should be enhanced.Kindergartens and primary schools should be targeted as the focal point for prevention and control of this disease.更多还原
