隧道衬砌渗漏水微创伤处治技术

【摘要】 隧道衬砌渗漏水主要出自施工缝和裂缝,针对既有的衬砌渗漏水处治技术之不足,提出了一套的施工缝渗漏水处治方法,其特点:(1)从略高于衬砌施工缝最高出水点向下直到隧道两侧排水沟开小规格沟槽;(2)在上述最高出水点至开槽最高点之间设铝塑圆管,管的上端带有丝弯头,弯头伸至衬砌表面并能用带丝封堵头封堵;(3)在半管的封盖砂浆上沿原施工缝割缝。该方法不仅实现了环向施工缝渗漏水处治的可检测、可维护,还具有对衬砌结构创伤小和施工方便等优点。对于裂缝渗漏水,提出了沿其割缝,硅胶嵌缝封堵的简易方法。经试验隧道使用,证明提出的方法对隧道衬砌渗漏水有良好的处治效果。

【Abstract】 The lining seepage of highway tunnel comes mainly from the construction joints and cracks,because of the existing demerits of water leakage treatment technology of tunnel lining construction joint,a set of new water leakage treatment method is proposed,which is characterized by:(1)to cut small grooves,from the highest water point,which is slightly higher than the lining construction joint,down until the water drains on both sides of the tunnel;(2)to install Aluminum-plastic tube between the above mentioned highest water point and cutting peak,the tube top with a screw-shaped bend,which can be extended to the surface of the lining,and the tube can be blocked by the plug;(3)to cut a slot along the original construction joint on the mortar cover of the half pipe.This method not only makes it possible to examine and maintain roundly the water leakage construction joint treatment,but also has other merits such as a small damage to the lining and convenient construction.After the use of the experimental tunnel,it is proved that this method has a good effect to govern the water leakage of the tunnel lining construction joint.
