基于GIS的地铁沿线建筑竖向影响深度的分析

【摘要】 为保护地铁沿线的建筑物,并给地铁以及地铁附近地下空间的设计提供参考,本文提出了建筑的地下空间竖向影响深度分析的模型,在利用建筑物资料与工程勘察数据的基础上,采用地理信息系统软件ArcGIS,得出了建筑物基础的竖向影响深度。并通过对某沿海城市某区域的建筑物的地下竖向影响深度分析,得出了影响深度与建筑物层数以及地质条件的具体关系,为地铁的设计和沿线地下空间的开发利用提供了很有价值的指导意义。

【Abstract】 In order to protect buildings and other facilities along the metro and provide references for the design of metro as well as the neighboring underground spaces,this paper presents a model to analyze the influence depth of the neighboring buildings.Based on the information of buildings and datum from geotechnical investigation and surveying,the influence depth of building foundations can be found by using ArcGIS,the software dealing with geo-information system.In this study,the author conducted an analysis on the influence depth of the buildings,and achieved a specific relationship between the influence depth and building levels,which provides valuable guidance to the design of metro as well as to the development of neighboring subterranean spaces.
