【摘要】 目的通过对临床手术治疗的肺内孤立性肿块资料的分析,探讨其临床诊疗方法。方法总结106例手术治疗的肺内孤立性肿块的资料,从临床角度分析诊断及治疗策略。结果肺内孤立性肿块的术前定性诊断虽然是个难题但其依然有一定规律可遁。在治疗方面除了对那些较为明确的良性肿块可随访观察外其余若无手术禁忌均应行手术切除。结论应综合分析临床多方面资料对肺内孤立性肿块进行定性诊断,难以确诊而又无手术禁忌证者应及时手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the methods of surgical treatment of solitary pulmonary mass.Methods With data about 106 cases through surgical treatment,we,from a clinical point of view,analyzed the diagnosis and treatment strategies.Results Athough the author believed that solitary pulmonary mass in the preoperative diagnosis was difficult,there were certain rules to follow.For obvious benign tumor,we advised further observation.For the others,without surgical contraindications,we advised operation.Conclusion The following two points should be followed in clinics:various clinical data should be analyzed before the final diagnosis;and immediate operation should be conducted for the case which is hard to diagnose and which has no surgical contraindications.更多还原
