【摘要】 目的评价使用三氯新牙膏的口腔卫生措施对牙间隙菌斑及牙龈炎的控制效果,并与使用牙间隙清洁工具的口腔卫生措施相比较。方法以Quigley-Hein指数和(龈)乳头出血指数对41名受试者牙间隙的菌斑和牙龈炎症进行评分,符合轻度牙龈炎标准者被随机分为2组:试验组使用含三氯新的牙膏,但不指导其进行牙间隙清洁;对照组使用不含三氯新的同品牌牙膏,但指导其使用牙间隙清洁工具和Bass法刷牙。分别于3周、2个月、4个月后对2组受试者进行口腔复查。结果试验组菌斑指数由基线2.62±0.38降至4个月时2.09±0.28(P<0.01),乳头出血指数由3.30±0.79降至2.78±0.70(P<0.05),对照组亦有同等程度的改善;两组均显示前牙比后牙的改善更显著。结论含有三氯新的牙膏能够降低菌斑及牙龈炎水平,其效力与定期使用牙间隙清洁的措施相当,必要时可作为后者的替代手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the study was to assess the effect of an oral hygiene regimen utilizing a triclosan-containing toothpaste on interdental plaque and gingivitis and to compare it with a regimen which uses interdental cleaning devices.Methods 41 subjects were examined for interdental plaque and gingivitis using the criteria of the Quigley-Hein index(QHI) and the pillary bleeding index(PBI).Following the baseline examination,the qualified subjects were randomly assigned into 2 groups.Subjects in the control group used a toothpaste identical to the test toothpaste but without triclosan,who were taught to brush their teeth with the Bass technique and to use appropriate interdental cleaning devices.The test group used a toothpaste containing triclosan.They were not instructed to use interdental cleaning devices.Both groups were re-examined after 3 weeks,2 and 4 months.Results In the test group,QHI were significantly reduced from 2.62±0.38 at baseline to 2.09±0.28 at 4 months(P<0.01),PBI from 3.30±0.79 to 2.78±0.70(P<0.05).The control group underwent the same changes.Both groups got improvements more pronounced in the anterior and less in the posterior teeth.Conclusion A toothpaste containing triclosan can reduce plaque and gingival inflammation to levels comparable to regular interdental cleaning,and serve as an alternative.更多还原
