【摘要】 目的了解安徽省各级医疗机构洁净手术部的综合性能达标状况。方法于2009～2011年对安徽省27家医院的191间洁净手术室和391间辅助用房进行尘埃粒子、沉降菌和相关技术指标的现场静态监测。根据《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》GB 50333-2002监测并评价。结果Ⅰ级手术室的尘埃粒子数、沉降菌数、压差、温度、相对湿度、噪声、照度、风速等技术指标的合格率分别为96.4%、100.0%、92.9%、96.4%、89.3%、75.0%、64.3%、92.9%。所有洁净手术室的尘埃粒子数、沉降菌数、压差、温度、相对湿度、噪声、照度、风速、换气次数等技术指标的合格率分别为98.4%、100.0%、94.2%、96.9%、93.7%、83.2%、72.5%、92.9%、82.2%。结论安徽省部分医院的洁净手术室的主要洁净指标合格率较高;但Ⅰ级手术室的噪声、照度,其他手术室及辅房的照度、换气次数的合格率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the comprehensive properties of clean operating department in different level hospitals of Anhui province.Methods Static surveillance was used to detect dust particles,sedimentated bacteria and related technical indexes of 191 clean operating rooms and 391 ancillary rooms in 27 hospitals,according to "Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department"GB 50333-2002.Results The qualified rates of dust particle count,settling bacteria,differential pressure,temperature,relative humidity,noise,illumination and wind speed of the first-grade operating rooms were 96.4%,100.0%,92.9%,96.4%,89.3%,75.0%,64.3% and 92.9%,respectively.The qualified rates of dust particle count,settling bacteria,differential pressure,temperature,relative humidity,noise,illumination,wind speed and ventilation frequency of all the operating rooms were 98.4%,100.0%,94.2%,96.9%,93.7%,83.2%,72.5%,92.9% and 82.2%,respectively.Conclusion The qualified rates of main clean indices of clean operation rooms in some hospitals of Anhui Province were relative high.However,the qualified rates of noise and illumination of the first-grade operation rooms,and illumination and ventilation frequency of the other operating rooms and ancillary rooms were low.更多还原
