【摘要】 笔者分析研究了水库移民中弱势群体生活、生产现状以及水库移民后期扶持政策的实施情况和存在的问题,提出了对弱势群体具体帮扶的措施与建议,通过完善水库移民中弱势群体保障体制及需求表达机制、提供专门技能培训、建立村级互助网、发展慈善事业等后扶措施,提高移民特别是其中弱势群体的综合素质和基本生产技能,进一步改善他们的生活质量,尽快实现脱贫致富的目标,促进社会的稳定与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The life,production status,operation and existing problems of support in late-stage of reservoir resettlement vulnerable groups were analyzed,the specific support countermeasures and advices were put forward,including perfecting security mechanism and demand expressing mechanism,providing special skill training,establishing village-level nets,developing charity mutual support measures,improving the comprehensive quality and basic production skills of vulnerable groups,which aimed to improve their life quality,promote social stability and development.更多还原
