【摘要】 [目的]更好地进行龙眼功能性成分的研究。[方法]利用氨基酸自动分析仪对目前广西主要栽种的龙眼品种的γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量进行了测定。[结果]不同品种龙眼的GABA含量存在差异,范围在780～2 400 mg/kg(FW),平均1 610 mg/kg(FW)。其中石硖龙眼(武宣)GABA含量最高,其次是东宝九号,GABA含量最高的龙眼品种是最低大乌圆的3.1倍,是平均含量的1.5倍。[结论]该研究可为今后龙眼GABA含量的评价和龙眼中功能性成分的开发利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To better study the functional components of longan fruits.[Method] The content of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) in 23 longan species planted in Guangxi were analyzed by automatic amino acid analyzer.[Result] The content of γ-aminobutyric acid was different in different longan species,ranging from 780 to 2 400 mg/kg(FW),the average content was 1 610 mg/kg(FW).Shixia longan(Wuxuan) had the highest content,and Dongbao No.9 was the second.The highest GABA content was 3.1 times that of the lowest in Dawuyuan,and 1.5 times that of the average.[Conclusion] The study provided guidance for the evaluation of GABA content in longan and the exploitation of longan resources.更多还原
