灌水量对河南省夏玉米品种光合特性和干物质积累的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究灌水量对河南省夏玉米(Zea mays L.)光合特性和干物质积累的影响,探讨不同夏玉米品种对干旱的响应,为河南省夏玉米种植时灌水量的选择提供科学依据。[方法]采用2因素裂区设计,以灌水量为主处理、品种为副处理。供试夏玉米品种分别为浚单20、中科11、先玉335、郑单958和浚单22。[结果]干旱胁迫下,夏玉米叶面积指数、叶绿素含量、光合速率、干物质量、穗粒数、千粒重和产量均下降,且随胁迫的加剧,下降幅度加大。[结论]河南省主推夏玉米品种抗旱性表现为中科11>先玉335>浚单20≈郑单958>浚单22。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of irrigation water amount on photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of summer maize from Henan Province,and discuss their response to drought stress.[Method] Two factor split plot design was used to carry out the test,and irrigation water amount was took as main treatment and variety as vice treatment.Summer maize varieties were Jundan No.20,Zhongke No.11,Xianyu No.335,Zhengdan No.958 and Juandan No.22.[Result] Drought stress resulted in decreasing of summer maize’s leaf area index,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,dry matter amount,kernel per ear,1 000-kernel weight and yield.And decreasing degree enlarged with drought stress enhancement.[Conclusion] Resistance to drought stress of summer maize varieties mainly cultivated in Henan Province is as follows: Zhongke No.11> Xianyu No.335> Jundan No.20≈ Zhengdan No.958> Juandan No.22.
