HPLC法测定卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的不确定度评定

【摘要】 建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定卷烟主流烟气中苯酚含量的不确定度评定的数学模型,通过对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行逐项分析与评定,得出了HPLC法测定卷烟主流烟气中苯酚含量的不确定度结果。

【Abstract】 A mathematical model for assessment of uncertainties in the determination of phenol in mainstream smoke of cigarette by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established.The sources of these uncertainties were analyzed and assessed one by one,finally concluding the exact uncertainties in the detection of phenol in mainstream smoke of cigarette.
