【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to analyze the application of SSR marker in cotton research,look forward the prospect of multi-color fluorescence labeling detecting techniques based on SSR.[Methods] Through summarizing the principles and characteristics of SSR marker and its application in cotton research,the application prospects of SSR were prospected.[Result] SSR marker has many advantages such as information rich,high polymorphism,reliability and good repeatability,thus,it is a simple and efficient molecular marker,and used widely in cotton research.With the development of technology,multi-color fluorescence labeling detecting techniques based on SSR was used widely.[Conclusion] The characteristics of SSR marker and the application of it in cotton research were better understood,which provided theoretical basis and technical guidance for cotton breeding,etc.更多还原
