电沉积法制备微纳米Cu2_O薄膜与催化降解亚甲基蓝研究

【摘要】 以硫酸铜和NaOH为原料、乳酸为络合剂,通过电沉积法在导电玻璃片上成功制备了微纳米Cu2O薄膜。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计对其Cu2O薄膜结构及形貌进行了表征。在碘钨灯照射下和外加H2O2环境下,采用光度分析法考察了Cu2O薄膜对亚甲基蓝的催化降解情况。结果表明:不同电沉积时间的Cu2O薄膜的降解效果均较好,且在碘钨灯照射下3h的降解率达到97%以上。

【Abstract】 The micro/nano crystalline Cu2O was prepared successfully via electrodeposition using CuSO4·5H2O and NaOH as the starting materials and lactic acid as complexing agent.The structure and morphology of as-prepraed Cu2O were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and UV-visible spectrophotometer.The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue in Cu2O suspension with tungsten lamp irradiation and H2O2 is investigated.The results show that the rate of degradation is more than 97% after 3h with tungsten lamp irradiation,and the degradation effects Cu2O thin films using different electrodeposition time are better.
