【Abstract】 According to the telecommunication broadband price discrimination anti-trust investigation in the second half of 2011,this paper proposes the question of the telecommunication industry’s anti-trust target regulation.The conventional target is the order of market competition and consumers’ welfare,the ultimate goal as well as the special goal of this industry is to accord with national industry policy(three networks convergence) and enhance the international competitiveness of China’s information industry.更多还原
