【摘要】 目的探讨冠心病心肌缺血患者的复杂证候群及其分布规律。方法对确诊的1 589例冠心病心肌缺血患者进行完整的四诊症状和体征的收集和整理,脏腑分类后,再进行辨证分析。结果冠心病心肌缺血患者除心系证候外,还伴随其他各脏腑的复杂证候群,尤其是脾、肾、肝系的证候例数与心系证候的例数相当。冠心病心肌缺血的心系证候中虚证主要表现为心气阴两虚、心阴阳两虚、心气血两虚、心气虚、心阳虚、心阴虚、心血虚,实证主要表现为心络脉瘀阻、心热(火);其中心气阴两虚和心络脉瘀阻分别是临证中两个较突出的单一证候。冠心病心肌缺血患者可同时见有1~13个证候分型,其中同时存在6~9个证候的患者明显多于其他证候。结论冠心病心肌缺血患者证候表现复杂,除心系外还兼有其他脏腑证候,且多存在3个以上的证候分型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the complex syndrome of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease(CHD) and its distribution law.Methods The symptoms and signs of the confirmed 1589 CHD patients with myocardial ischemia were all collected and systematized through the four diagnostic methods.After classification,the syndrome differentiation was done for analysis.Results Except the heart syndromes,the CHD patients with myocardial ischemia were also accompanied with the complex syndrome of other Zangfu organs,especially the number of cases of spleen,kidney,and liver syndromes was the same as that of the heart syndromes.Of the heart syndromes,the Xu-deficiency ones were mainly of the heart qi and yin deficiency,the heart yin and yang deficiency, the heart qi and blood deficiency,the heart qi deficiency,the heart yang deficiency,the heart yin deficiency,and the heart blood deficiency;while the shiexcess ones were mainly of the heart collateral obstruction by stasis and the heart fire;and the heart qi and yin deficiency and the heart collateral obstruction by stasis were the two prominent single syndromes respectively in clinic.The patients could be involved in 1 to 13 syndromes at the same time,and the number of patients involved in 6 to 9 syndromes simultaneously was significantly higher than that of other patients.Conclusion The syndrome manifestation of CHD patients with myocardial ischemia is complex,in addition to the heart syndromes,they are also accompanied with other Zangfu syndromes,and mostly over 3 syndromes.更多还原
