YZ108气缸套压力铸造工艺数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation Research on the Pressure Casting YZ108 Cylinder Liner
【摘要】 应用UG软件设计气缸套的浇注系统,将仿真铸件实体导入模拟分析软件Anycasting中,采用Anycasting的网格划分功能对YZ108气缸套模型进行有限差分的网格划分,完成铸造分析模型的几何近似和模型化,建立起准确的YZ108气缸套铸造成型系统的有限差分模型。设定铸造工艺参数,运用软件Anycasting进行对YZ108气缸套的模拟仿真浇注实验,分析铸件充型和凝固过程中流场与温度场。模拟结果表明,在给定的工艺参数下,金属液的充型比较平稳、完整,凝固过程合理,基本实现了顺序凝固。并模拟分析得出易发生铸造缺陷位置。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the pouring system of the YZ108 cylinder liner was designed by a software "UG".Then imported the simulated casting into simulation software "Anycasting".By the grid divided function of the "Anycasting",the geometric approximation and modeling of the casting mould were completed.Setting casting process parameters,the casting simulation experiments of the YZ108 cylinder liner were carried on to analysis the flow and temperature fields during the mould filling and solidification process.The results showed that by using current process,the mould filling of cast was smooth and complete,the solidification process was reasonable and the progressive solidification was approximately obtained,the positions of defects were predicted.
