【摘要】 介绍了长短链甘油三酯的生产原料、生产工艺以及生产和应用等现状。长短链甘油三酯具有热量低、安全性好、易于使用等优点,具有良好的发展潜力以及广阔的发展前景。

【Abstract】 The production materials,production technology and application of short-and long-chain triglyceride were introduced.Short-and long-chain triglyceride has many advantages,such as low-calories,high-safety and easy-using,and it has excellent development potential and broad prospect.
